Hire a dedicated Recruiter from our team of recruiters who would work for you representing themselves as your staff recruiters. Send them the resumes of your consultants and they will market your consultants. Below is procedure which our recruiters follow to market your bench consultants.

• Posting the resume in major job boards like Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp etc. and updating everyday
• Posting the hotlist in Google groups everyday
• Posting the Hotlist in our internal database which consists of mainly Prime vendors, Implementing partners , Direct Vendors etc.
• Collecting requirements from major Job boards like Dice . Monster, Corp-Corp and forwarding to consultants and checking with him, if he is comfortable submitting resume to Vendor
• Making a follow up with Vendor
