Our recruiters analyzes the requirements and sources the candidate as per the requirements and they take extreme care in every phase of full life cycle recruiting such as sourcing/screening the resumes, skill assessment, eMailing/cold-calling the candidates, phone screening/prescreening interviews, collecting the necessary forms, candidate final submissions, interview follow-ups etc.

Responsibilities:

• Source, review and evaluate resumes
• Conducts resume search on Web , Internal data base and job boards as needed
• Resumes received will be scrutinized; (personal contact and information like Visa status, Experience will be verified by the recruiter)
• Conduct phone interviews to identify qualified candidates
• Extend and negotiate offers based on current market conditions
• Coordinate technical and non-technical interviews
• Provide hiring officials with technically matching candidates
• Ensure all paperwork has been received by HR
• Generate reports as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates that extend into employment
• Other duties as assigned
